move down, passing in front of the DNA strand
as if scanning it. This represents testing for TMB status. As the colored bar continues its downward scan, regions of DNA are transformed into colors, indicating loci of high mutational burden.
The scan bar comes to rest at the bottom of the frame,
revealing a fully scanned DNA strand,
with its regions of high mutational burden indicated by colors.
